Yesterday we announced the US Political Future Index (UPFI) on X

UPFI is a composite index composed of markets across five categories (President, Senate, House, Gubernatorial, and Mayoral) as new markets are added across offices they will be incorporated. Currently tracking over 130+ markets

Composite indices follow a 100 - (50 - weighted_probability) pricing, non-composite are simply probability on a democrat (0) to republican (100) scale

We are building the first index provider for prediction markets. Indices are useful for information aggregation, "one-click" exposure, and open various arbitrage opportunities.

We believe that indices are key for increasing market adoption, awareness , volume across long-tail markets and is a key to unlocking leverage. We are looking forward to listing markets such as binaries and perpetual futures against UPFI and building more indices under Adjacent.

Markets are not standardized, market listings are growing at an extremely fast pace likely to be 20k+ markets in 2025, individual markets are very specific about an event and when it occurs this limits an entire group of participants from broad based exposure to the underlying
